Had to type in the key after install, select activate over phone, call the activation line, request a smartphone text link, type in the code at the texted site, then type back another code into office (save this one). But it did work (like Ligma said).

I've had one of these types of keys before. At first I thought it was just another fake scam having to call them over the phone to activate it. This one actually didn't work when I called from my "prepaid" phone line to activate it with microsoft. I just tried calling with another phone and was able to get it working. I entered in the key, and then the automated system actually sent me a text to put everything in through a website instead of on the phone. I was able to get an activate key through that after entering all the numbers in, and now everything seems to be working just fine. The thing you have to remember is, you need to save the key you get after you punch in the key you buy here. That'll allow you to reinstall if you ever need to reset your PC. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and am satisfied with they've provided.
