Bought one for my desktop a couple months ago, worked perfectly. Bought one for my laptop today and although it gave an error first, I contacted customer service and they gave me a new one in less than 10 minutes.

I told them that I wanted to excange the product with a Windows 10 Pro key and they immediately replied and accepted my offer. I then recieved the order within 1 minute. Great service!
