The key I got when I made the purchase didn't work, it said it was already activated in another device so I contacted support and they gave me a working key in less than 30 minutes, 10/10 customer service.

Bought a windows 11 pro retail key and within 10 seconds of purchase I was able to activate. No problems thus far and checking the key type with "slmgr -dli" in command prompt confirmed that this was actually a retail key. I'm very happy with the purchase!
