If you want 2016 64-bit, and its defaulting to 32-bit, the easiest way if you purchased Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus Cd Key Global, and activating via setup.office.com is to:
* In the last step of setup.office.com don't click "download now", right click on the "download now" button and copy the link and paste it into your URL, then find x86 in the URL and change it to x64 leaving the rest the same. Now press enter to execute the URL and enjoy your x64 Office 2016.
