It can be scary using resellers. You never know exactly who you’re dealing with and what you’re getting -- especially when things go wrong. What went wrong for me was getting the message through internet activation that the product would not activate because it had been installed the maximum allowable number of times. It made no sense, because I thought I bought a "retail" license allowing unlimited installations. You guys jumped in, assured me it really was a retail license, and gave me a new one. In fact, the issue was with the mode of activation, not the license key. Internet activation screws up mightily; telephone activation works. To my point, you guys at Gamers Outlet are the real deal. Thank you for being so nice.
