key worked straight away , upgraded from windows 11 home , key came through more or less straight away after payment was received , after reading reviews on here i tried by removing old key first , then using a generic key . but that didn't work and Microsoft put my home key back in , so second attempt i just went to upgrade put the 11 pro key in , it asked me if i wanted to continue , then started updating turned on and off a few times , then came up successfully updated , i ran command prompt to check version and it came up windows 11 pro retail version . all good will use again .
