I HAVE used these products many times without issue. this last time i had an issue with activation. the support was great and we got it sorted, follow the instructions and all should be well

The "How to Activate" directions work. You cannot just activate using the code. You must first bind the pre-code via the DISM info shown in those directions... let the server do its reboots, and then activate with the code you purchased.
