Really easy purchase and download process but unfortunately Microsoft have set this up so that if you already have a 64 bit copy on your laptop/desktop you can't install a 32 bit copy, or wirk with your existing 32 bit files - so in effect unless you are already a tech expert and can untangle all this, or have a tech support team at your service (which doesn't apply to most home users) all your previous work on 32 bit presentations is not useless and has be be redone from scratch. And you can't use anything you have in the Cloud unless you have wifi active, which simply doesn't work for presentations in a large number of vanues. Gamers Outlet can't be faulted but the product stinks, and if it wasn't a requirement for the venues I'm now working I would never have got a PC. Mac kit has never done this to me in the 20+ years I've been using it. So five stars for Gamers Outlet but zero stars and a complete waste of money on any Microsoft product.
