If you're on Windows 10 Home, you may need to use the generic CD-KEY from Microsoft to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro first.

VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T is a generic product key for Windows 10 and 111234. It is not an activation license key, but can be used for example when you upgrade the version and can’t activate Windows 10 after install.

Then use the CD-KEY you purchased here to activate after upgrade.

So it works, but if you're like me on a All In One computer that already has a windows 10 Home license from factory Lenovo AIO, or some other company, you will realize you can't change the CD-KEY.

But I found how to use it, first use this CD-KEY to upgrade to Windows 10 PRO (VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T), you do this by going to settings-update and security-activation then click on change product key, then it will say it will upgrade to Windows 10 pro, a restart is required. Then restart your computer and once upgrade finished enter the CD-KEY you purchased here because the one you entered before is actually just a trial cd-key. The cd-key is just a generic cd-key found on Microsoft website, you can google it, it can only be used for upgrade but not activation).
