I appreciate the fact that, when there was an issue (more on that later) they were responsive, and fixed said issue; that's huge for me, and will mean I will certainly return back for other purchases. My only complaint is that the page said "In Stock" before and after my purchase, however it was actually pending "Restocking" - I would recommend updating in a timely manner as some less reputable sites (HINT: Starts with CJS) have a habit of just taking your money and sending auto-responses for any issues and will not refund. Glad to see that is DEFINATELY not the case here, and I will absolutely recommend to friends as customer service goes a long way.
