I was absolutely skeptical of buying this key... had no idea how to install either. I eventually figured out that you had to use the "How to Activate" option provided after purchasing. I, then, couldn't find my 'Installation ID' nor how to activate via phone. Turns out I did not need to. After the key would not register on Word, I opened Xcel and registered my product key in there as well. Worked like a charm. I am so glad for this site. Thank you.
