Did a bit of online research to check if people had had good experiences with this site. You'll never please everybody but I saw enough genuine positive sentiments (as well as a few people updating their reviews after a good experience with customer service sorting problems) to take a punt.

Kudos to Gamers Outlet. I installed MS Office 365 Pro 2024 (very tedious) and THEN purchased the license from Gamers Outlet. The license did not work as I installed the wrong version of Office (TLSC) which used up my one time license. I contact Gamers Outlet with the issue and they quickly sent me a new license. I uninstalled Office and re-installed using the link/installation program that comes with the license email as they recommend. This time Office installed quickly and easily and applied the new license. All is good. Gamers Outlet has great products and Stellar customer support. Very highly recommended. Next is to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 which I will purchase the license from Gamers Outlet.
