Bought another key for a second pc and worked just fine as well

First key provided didn't activate a product due to exceeded limit of activations. However after contacting support an provided all necessary info I received new CD key and everything worked perfectly. Got the first key in about 5 minutes and the entire customer service back and forth about 1/2hr via email.... The new key works great!
