The first key they sent didn't work. I sent a message to their assistance, and they answered within minutes. They requested screenshots, which is totally understable. After providing them with said pictures, they sent a new key, which worked. I know it's grey market stuff or MSDN keys, but it works and I will buy again! |

The first key was bad, but the support was very quick and I now have a working RETAIL -not OEM- key of Win10 (check by typing Slmgr /dli into command pompt). Mucho gracias!!!! |
