I ordered a key which at first didn't work over phone activation. Support Team was kind enough to send me a new key in less than 24h. Everything works perfectly now!

Bought this product for a friend and it worked like a charm. Just remember to close your internet connection before installing it. Go with the vocal support activation, not phone msg one. Choose phone activation and select "activate other microsoft office products or games" not the one that says activate microsoft office and/or/on mac. Also write down the confirmation ID, you might need it later.
