Works. I'm from UK, they made me pay in USD for some reason, only $5 so thought why not try it, instantly upon paying you get 'download key' which is just a notes page with only the key on it.
I copied and pasted it and it activated. May not work forever but who cares for £5. Done in 3 mins.
