Works great. Excellent seller with great customer service. Potential buyers should note that this is the LTSC version of Office. It does not get feature updates only security and quality updates. This version also does not update like Windows and the retail version. Updates are applied by a scheduled task separate from windows update that should run daily. Furthermore installed updates do not show in the windows update history file like the retail version. The only way to check if it is being updated is to check the version number against the MS Office version history web page. Look under perpetual versions for LTSC.

Worked - The activation is through MS visual support link,
When you call the phone number they will send a link to your phone.
You can enter the activation ID to get the confirmation ID

Activation by phone is pretty tiresome
But it work perfect
