This is the second Microsoft software key I have purchased and it worked without any fuss. Just be aware that under Microsoft's EULA, the key has a limited number of activations. If you purchase a new PC and try to activate the Office 2021 software, you MAY receive an error stating that "(you have) exceeded the allowable number of activations" (or words to that effect) - an outcome that is NOT the fault of 'Gamers Outlet' but is entirely due to Microsoft's unreasonable restrictive-use policies.
