I had purchased a version mismatch, however I emailed the support team and got a reply back quickly and helped me change version to put in the correct key.

Purchased a product key, turns out the key had already been used. Contacted support and within minutes they replied back with a new key, and it worked. Really wish all companies could have as good of customer service/support.

It absolutely worked. Don`t buy the $20 windows 11 key from other web, bc this is only $5 and it was also easy to activate.
