Keep in mind if you just installed server 2022 it will not work until you first restart the server.
Also after you have restarted copy and paste the command in notepad (its easyer) and change what you need to change so you do not leave stuff out or CMD will tell you error on line this and that where your error is!

I wasn't very trusting, but this worked great. Make sure you follow the instructions on how to convert from Eval edition to Standard edition, then reboot even if it says it failed.
