In the start I had problems as the key was not recognised, however, I disconnected from internet upgraded Home to Pro, then reconnected to internet and put in the code. Worked perfect.............great speedy sending of codes ( not the 1st time I have purchased from them) and wont be the last. Excellent. Thank you so much
